A new batch of Neodymium Magnet Sphere finished
We have big production capacity of Neodymium Magnet Sphere. A new batch of 100,000pcs Diameter 10mm N35 Neodymium magnet sphere have been finished and just come back to workshop from Electroplating factory, the magnet spheres is Nickel coating. The dimensional tolerance can be plus or minus 0.08mm. After the magnetization is completed, the spheres can be packaged and shipped.
Unlike other square cubes, discs or rings of the same size, these 10mm diameter ndfeb balls do not require spacers between them. Due to the special shape of the balls, each ball touches each other as a small point, making it easier to separate the fingers. Even if the magnetic force is very strong, it is more convenient to directly separate the magnetic balls by hand.
Guess what the weight of this batch of magnetic balls is, the density of NdFeB material is 7.6g per cubic centimeter. The net weight of 100,000 magnetic balls is 398kgs, a normalk pallet can load all goods.
Usually, the production time of 100,000 NdFeB magnetic balls is 55 days.
The diameter of Dailymag NdFeB magnetic balls can be from 3mm to 12mm, and the production capacity is enough to meet the needs of customers.
