Design concept:

But it has a disadvantage. The sucked objects cannot fall off automatically. External force must be used to forcibly separate the objects and the pot magnet. This is still very inconvenient for our work. The Dailymag Deluxe Portable Magnetic Lifter and Handle Switch Magnet solves this pain point through clever design. It makes the Neodymium Magnet inside move in and out of the sleeve. When the handle is lifted, the magnet moves into the sleeve and detaches from the adsorbed object. Due to the distance, the magnetic force decays rapidly, so the object is separated from the bottom of the lifter. Operation guide:

1. Open the packaging box and remove the lifting device, carefully inspect each component for any abnormalities or damage.

2. Grasp the load-bearing ring frame and pull the handle upwards. At this point, the center point of the magnet should be located above the workpiece to be moved.

3. After ensuring that the workpiece is completely attached to the magnet, release the handle and the magnet will tightly adhere to the workpiece.

4. Hold the lifting ring in hand, pull the workpiece up and move it to the predetermined position. Ensure safety and avoid collisions or friction.

5. After the workpiece is moved to the target position, pull the handle up again to separate the magnet from the workpiece.

6. During the moving process, please ensure that the magnet is attached to the center of the workpiece, which can exert the maximum suction force of the magnet. This can ensure the safety and stability of the move.

Notes:

1.Please avoid throwing it or intentionally using it with violence. This can prevent damage to its components and ensure the normal operation of the product.

2. Ensure that the surface temperature of the work piece does not exceed 80 degrees. Exceeding this temperature will cause the magnet to begin to lose its magnetism, thereby reducing its adsorption force.

3. This product can only be used to adsorb ferrous metals. Ensure that the object to be adsorbed is made of iron, Nickel or iron alloy. Please do not lift exceed 30 kilograms.
