Using a magnetic lifter involves several steps to ensure proper and safe operation. Magnetic lifters are designed to lift and transport ferrous materials using electromagnetic force. Here's a general guide on how to use a magnetic lifter:

  1. Inspect the Lifter:

    • Before use, inspect the magnetic lifter for any damage or wear.
    • Ensure that all components, including the magnet, control panel, and lifting mechanism, are in good condition.
  2. Check the Load:

    • Verify that the material you intend to lift is ferrous (contains iron or steel) and within the weight capacity of the magnetic lifter.
  3. Prepare the Surface:

    • The lifting surface should be clean and free from oil, grease, or any debris that may affect the magnet's adhesion.
  4. Power On:

    • Connect the magnetic lifter to a power source according to the manufacturer's instructions.
    • Turn on the control panel to activate the electromagnetic force.
  5. Position the Lifter:

    • Position the magnetic lifter directly over the load, ensuring proper alignment.
  6. Activate the Magnet:

    • Use the control panel to activate the magnet. The electromagnetic force will securely attach the lifter to the ferrous material.
  7. Lift the Load:

    • Slowly lift the load by operating the lifting mechanism on the lifter.
    • Be cautious and ensure that the load is stable before moving it.
  8. Transport the Load:

    • Move the load to the desired location while monitoring its stability.
  9. Deactivate the Magnet:

    • Once the load is in place, deactivate the magnet using the control panel.
  10. Lower the Load:

    • Lower the load to the ground or the desired surface.
  11. Power Off:

    • Turn off the magnetic lifter and disconnect it from the power source.
  12. Store Properly:

    • Store the magnetic lifter in a safe and dry location when not in use.

Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and safety instructions provided with the Dailymag magnetic lifter. If you are unsure about any aspect of using the lifter, refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for assistance. Additionally, ensure compliance with any relevant safety regulations and standards.

Precautions for use and storage of permanent magnet lifters:
1. The permanent magnet lifter should avoid working in a high-temperature environment for a long time. The work should not be higher than 60 degrees Celsius. It is strictly prohibited to be close to steel-making furnaces, ovens and other ultra-high-temperature equipment. Otherwise, the rare earth magnets inside will be affected by the high temperature and demagnetize the lifter. will lose its magnetism.
2. The lifter cannot be subjected to impact or high-frequency vibration, otherwise the magnetic force of the rare earth permanent magnet inside will also attenuate. It is necessary to test the pulling force of the permanent magnet lifter regularly and test the magnetic force of the lifter once every 2 months.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use a magnetic lift with a small pulling force to lift heavy iron plates and iron blocks, such as using a magnetic lift with a nominal pulling force of 600kg to lift a 1000kg iron plate (despite the safety factor of 3 times), otherwise it may cause Casualties. No pad should be placed between the hoist and the iron plate, otherwise the actual lifting capacity will be greatly reduced.
