The strong magnet sheet consists of magnetic particles (sro6, Fe2O3), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and other additives (ebso, DOP) and other components are manufactured by extrusion and calendering. The strong magnet sheet can be of the same sex or the opposite sex, and can be bent, twisted and rolled. It can be used without more machining. It can trim the shape according to the required size, or it can be coated with PVC, back glue, UV oil, etc. according to customer requirements.
Production process: batching → mixing → extrusion / calendering / injection molding → processing → magnetization → inspection → packaging

Standard thickness: 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm,0.7mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.5mm, thickness can be customized.
Standard roll size: 30M x 620mm, 20M x 1200mm, length and width can be customized Sheet size is available within 1200mm wide and 1000mm meter long.
Standard strip size: 12.7mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25.4mm.
The length of coiled material is unlimited, and the length, width and thickness can be customized according to customer requirements.

The surface of strong magnet sheet can stick with the following laminations to make various kinds of magnetic products which have wide usage.
+UV glossy/matt, to keep the surface glossy and clean
+PP film to protect the printing +STICKER with/without printing
+DOUBLE ADHESIVE(PSA) acrylic/rubber glue;
foam/PET/cotton paper based; indoor/outdoor used are all available
+PVC(vinyl) glossy/matt; with/without printing
+PRINTING silk screen printing or offset printing, spot color printing.
