What is the difference between Fine&standard pole permanent magnetic chuck

Recently have been asked this question: What is the difference between Fine&standard pole permanent magnetic chuck.

For this, lets first check, what is a permanent magnetic chuck? A magnetic chuck is a device that most used in machinery factory, mould factory etc to replace vise or pressing plate and improve the clamping&unloading efficiency, thus sometimes it is also called magnetic bed or magnetic fixture.

For a permanent magnetic chuck, the clamp force comes from the inside ndfeb magnet magnetic field.with the inside specially designed structure, it could make the magnetic filed release to the magnetic item and thus clamping the item; can also form a magnetic force close path inside the chuck to release the Clamped item.

A magnetic chuck was consisted by many magnetic field, we call it magnetic(pole) pitch. For a standard pole magnetic chuck, usually the magnetic pitch is around 22(18+4), a fine pole is around 4(3+1). For fine pole, the magnet field distance with each other is much smaller then the standard pitch one. And the fine pole magnetic distribution force is ≥100N/c, yet a standard pole magnetic chuck have a magnetic distribution force ≥150N/c.

Thus with those above characteristics, a fine pole magnetic chuck will more suitable for thin, small or special-shaped workpiece, Good machining precision;

With the higher magnteic force, A standard pole will more suitable for large workpiece;

Thus to choose a magnetic chuck, first need to check where and how you going to use it. There are a lot other different chucks available, tell us your requirements and we will provide&made the most suitable one for you

Hope this could help you understand, if any part need revise or any questions, pls feel free to let me know.
